Smart recrute un(e) Talent Acquisition, Operations Coordinator – H/F

We are looking for a T.A. coordinator to join our growing HR team. You will be the 1st one hired for this role.

You will have the opportunity to shape it according to your strengths and interests, as long as it helps to ensure the success of our hiring strategy!

✍️ You provide support to the TA team and help us scale the hiring practices

  • This is not an agenda scheduling role, though you would be helping in the organization of some of our case studies interviews and special recruitment days.
  • Organize and coordinate our recruitment internal training to develop our interviewer’s skills.
  • You update our career pages, ensuring quality and consistency about company information across all employer brand platforms such as Career sites, job boards, and social networks.
  • You ensure the quality of job advertisements, monitoring their publication and performance.
  • Not only that, but you help to coordinate and promote our referral and internal mobility programs.
  • Furthermore, you help to gather new hires’ documents once an offer is verbally accepted. Ensuring the closing stage of the process is as smooth as possible for the candidate and the company.
  • You will be trained to analyze talent acquisition metrics and produce valuable insights on a weekly basis, both on recruitment activity and improvement opportunities.
  • Based on data, you will help to measure the quality of our candidate experience and hiring manager’s engagement.
  • You will help to ensure we use our current stack of tools to the fullest: exploring new features, integrations, and automatization possibilities.

💪 About you

  • You have a 1st experience honing similar missions or transferrable skills.
  • HR experience is valued but not mandatory. Analytical and rigorous.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Willing to learn about recruitment best practices and not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve the existent.

WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU WILL: Complete our onboarding process, training and webinars. Adtech and internal tools and processes will have no secret for you anymore. You’ll be able to confidently step into your new role.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU WILL: Have a great impact on the candidate experience satisfaction-level and recruiter experience as well. Enabling smooth transition for stakeholders at each stage of the recruitment funnel.

WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL: Have spotted a myriad of opportunities for process improvement. Taking initiatives on a couple of them and set the standard of expectations for future recruitment coordinators.
