Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team in Paris.

As a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for guiding and managing the sales team to fulfill 100% of their quaterly objectives.

At the same time, you will also be expected to develop and oversee the sales strategy: key sales targets and quotas, sales plan, analysis of sales data, and performance monitoring.

*Responsabilities: *

  • Represent the company, with a thorough understanding of our offerings.
  • Onboard and support 3 Junior Sales Manager
  • Help to develop the local/regional sales strategy (Display, video, Social Media, DOOH, SMS/USSD) in coordination with the Management in Paris.
  • Commercial prospection with Media Agencies and Direct Advertisers in France, Africa, America and the Middle East.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Monitor advertising campaigns in collaboration with the operational teams (Account Managers, Media Traders).

Preferred Experience

  • Bac +4/5 (business and/or engineering school, IUP Multimedia, IAE)
  • Similar experience of at least 3 years in the same function
  • Minimum of one year experience in digital advertising
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Plenty of initiative, a self-starter, go-getter mentality
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, empathetic, and optimistic personnality
  • High skill level in English language, spoken, and written.

This is a full time, permanent employed position in Puteaux, Paris.

Recruitment Process

  1. An initial interview of 30 minutes with our Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your motivations and your career path.
  2. A second interview with one of your futur CEO to discuss the position in more details.
  3. A last interview with the full top management team where we will test your abilities through a case study.
  4. A reference check (ex N+1, a client, an actual/ex colleague)
