The company is a technology company that designs and develops video private exchanges for premium publishers such as TV broadcasters, large media groups and premium syndicators. More than 60 platform customers (2500+ websites) use our technology to monetize their video inventory with their existing business rules. We provide them with the tools to be connected with the media buyers (trading desks, agencies…) and sell their inventory on all screens, including TV. Founded in 2009, is headquartered in Paris, France with an R&D center in Montpellier. We also have offices in Madrid, Milan, Hamburg, London and New-York.


You will be the​  front technical contact for our field teams and customers​ :
-​ on Supply Side (publishers)
-​ on Demand Side (agencies and trading desks)

Your goal will be to provide them quick and clear feedback, and escalate to higher support level when needed.
You will have to qualify raw questions: player issue, redirect issue, delivery and stats issues, performance issues, features use of our SaaS Private Exchange platform, provide answers and solutions or give links to appropriate documentations.

As a level 1 support, you will use a ticketing tool and you will manage tickets follow-up with our internal teams (Sales, Tech-Support/Manager, R&D, QA,…) until their resolution.
In order to enhance Knowledge Base, you will update it with frequently asked question you can collect from tickets.
You will interact with customers, sales, presales, R&D teams.  You refer to the Support Manager within the Service Delivery team.

The job is based in Montpellier (34).


Education: computer technician or autodidact.
Experience: 2-5 years

Very good relationship skills, well organized.
Good priority management.
Curious and fast learner.
Rigorous and good analytical.
Knowledge and past experience in the advertisement ecosystem and traffic/campaign management.

Mandatory skills:
– Bilingual French and English
– Excellent communication skills
– Basic Networking / HTTP

– RealTime Bidding
