What You Will Be Doing

As a Demand Side Sales Manager, you will operate and grow business with Agency, Trading Desks & Advertisers integrated with SSP technology. You will engage in a variety of tasks including negotiation & development of opportunities, reporting & analysis, project management & coordination. You will work closely with the Country Manager for France and Benelux and with a dotted line to the Commercial Director EMEA.

Approaching & selling to Agency Trading Desks & Advertisers
> Identify and engage with relevant programmatic video ad buyers among the above to build and close a pipeline of demand opportunities
> Position our company as a reference of choice for buying premium video inventory and be fluent about media ecosystem in Europe to be able to tailor a media and technical proposal tailored for each opportunity
> Negotiate ad spend on campaigns and annual agreements for local and global advertisers

Reporting & Analysis
> Report on meeting, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce
> Follow spends & KPIs and provide alerts to the Demand Ops team and the clients (publishers)
> Understand buying methods of your clients and orientate them to bring more revenues to publishers
> Send weekly reports and make suggestions to increase sales and advertiser portfolio
> Prepare account plans for quarterly business reviews
> Analyze inventory requirements and inform the sales and media team

Project Management & Coordination
> Make sure sales administration is maintained: contract archiving, stats discrepancies for invoicing
> Coordinate delivery of campaign with Demand Business Ops Factory: device integration, new feature integration, upgrades…

What You Need for this Position

> Direct digital sales experience with agencies, trading desks, ideally with a background in a sales house (international adnetwork or publisher sales house)
> Very strong track record in sales achievements against quantitative targets
> A strong teamwork attitude
> Candidate is expected to be fluent in English
> Minimum 2 years of experience with programmatic selling experience
> Passion for online advertising and technology
