What You Will Be Doing

As DSP & Adnetwork Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of DSP and AdNetworks accounts through new Demand integrations and Demand Business Development.

You will be in charge of qualifying new business opportunities, and you will lead the full negotiation with clients (DSP & AdNetworks) from start through to finish :
> Prospect and sign new DSP/network/demand partners : organizing sales visits, establishing new business, negotiating contracts and promote inventory and sites to Demand Partners
> Cultivate and nurture relationships and revenue with existing partners organizing regular business reviews; understand clients’ unique business models thoroughly and act as a consultative partner leveraging technology in support of their goals; chase and drive proposals for international briefs (RFPs)
> Improve implementation efficiency and technical timelines
> Scope, manage and package any innovation projects with partners
> Identifying business obstacles and driving consultative solutions
> Provide clients with data- and analytics-driven insights and recommendations
> Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets

You will work as a tandem with the DSP & AdNetwork Key Account Manager who operates and grows daily business with existing clients and Global Sales Team who addresses Trading Desks and Agencies.

What You Need for this Position

> Be driven by results, successful track record in managing sales with key accounts above expectations (with annual targets above 10M$ revenues)
> Demonstrated track record of exceeding client and revenue expectations; ability to successfully close new business as well as manage and grow existing accounts
> Direct & proven experience in building quickly outstanding customer relationships with sales house, ad network or DSPs.
> Effective ability to listen carefully to client requirements, create and deliver convincing arguments to an executive audience
> A collaborative attitude
> Candidate is expected to be fluent in English
> Minimum 2 years of experience with similar programmatic sales role; experience with video advertising or adtech platforms would be a must
> Proven ability to derive and effectively communicate insights from analyzing data
> Superior presentation, communication, and analytical skills
> Eagerness to work in a rapidly growing organization
