What You Will Be Doing

As International Campaign Manager, you will create and maintain ad campaigns to achieve client goals. You will closely work with Trading Desks, Agencies, Account Managers, Sales and Engineers. Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative. Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance. You will secure the delivery of our international managed and programmatic campaigns and will be the technical contact for trading desks and agencies buyers.

Trafficking & Optimization

> Ensure the trafficking and the follow-up of the ad exchange international campaigns
– managed campaigns (for Spain, specific TV synchro offers)
– deals ID creation (for all countries)

> Optimize programmatic campaigns relevant to the main KPIs (CTR, VTR, audience…)

> Control delivery and margin of campaigns

> Provide inputs and alerts to improve delivery KPIs to account Manager and Sales

> Care about curation process (advertisers creatives categorization, qualitative domain lists)


> Detect loss of business opportunities caused by floor prices and technical issues
> Analyze needs of inventory, inform sales and media team
> Understand bidding’s behavior of our clients and orientate them to bring more revenues
> Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow

What You Need for this Position

> Direct experience with sales house, ad network or media agency, ideally with a background in trafficking or operations
> Effective analytical and organizational abilities
> Teamworking abilities
> Candidate is expected to be fluent in English
> Minimum 2 years of trafficking/ops experience with programmatic buying experience a plus
> Passion for online advertising and technology
> Committed to delivering results for our clients
