Next to its own-operated marketplace, StickyADS.tv also proposes its platform to publishers who want to operate their own private marketplace. Large publishers with significant video inventory can now define & control their own pricing strategies with their clients (trading desks, advertisers). Our platform allows publishers to transpose their business rules to the video programmatic ecosystem. It helps publishers run their business in the most effective manner.

Main role and responsibilities
• Sales Leader :
– Able to identify approach and sign Video SSP clients in France and some emerging markets internationally (tier1 publishers, AdNetworks or MarketPlaces)
– Will be lead in setting goals and territory split to win new clients for the Private Market Place platform powered by StickyAds.tv
– Will be lead to answer RFPs, make demos of the solution to prospects
• Demand Management: Responsible for driving business connections & transactions with local and international trading desks, DSPs and ad networks in France and key international territories for StickyXchange
• Solution leader: Able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relation with our R&D team in Montpellier
• Adtech platform Buying/Selling Experience – track record of achievement in buying and/or selling adtech platforms (SSP or Adserver) while working for a SSP, ad network, exchange, or large premium publisher
• Knows the SSP landscape in display and ideally in video
• Understand what publishers and clients are looking in terms of features
• Platform Knowledge – previous experience working with advertising platforms and ability to troubleshoot campaign set-up and targeting issues to unlock revenue
• Management experience of at least 3 years
• A PROVEN EXPERIENCE RUNNING OR STARTING AN ADTECH PLATFORM BUSINESS IN RTB / PROGRAMMATIC ECOSYSTEM IS A MUST HAVE
• English: bilingual (speaking & writing)
• Very strong inter-personal skills and highly organized
• Proven ability to navigate multiple levels of a client/partner organization. Ability to elevate a corporate brand from a local to a European level
• Comprehension of the online advertising landscape, and its key trends and drivers from the viewpoint of publishers
• Knowledge of common trading desks contract terms, RTB buying modes, and audience targeting techniques
• Expert with technology environment & tech positioning
• Self-starter – capable of flourishing in startup environment working hard and having fun
