StickyXchange monthly video views exceed that of YouTube for professional content.

Next to its own-operated marketplace, also proposes its platform to publishers who want to operate their own private marketplace. Large publishers with significant video inventory can now define & control their own pricing strategies with their clients (trading desks, advertisers). Our platform allows publishers to transpose their business rules to the video programmatic ecosystem. It helps publishers run their business in the most effective manner.

Founded in 2009, is headquartered in Paris, France and has international offices in Madrid, Spain.

Main role and responsibilities

Mission :

Demand Management: Responsible for driving business connections & transactions with local and international trading desks, DSPs and ad networks in France and key international territories for StickyXchange

Sales and Yield Management :
      – Grow spend and enable programmatic campaigns to reach targeted inventory and audiences on StickyXchange
      – Proactively set goals with each demand partner growing business in relations with each trading desks

Supply Management : 
      – Define the supply strategy
      – Sign supply partners (publishers and networks or marketplaces), negotiate key business terms, onboard each partner
      – Retain existing publishers

Marketing: Able to present and build sales material and presentations introducing StickyXchange offering in programmatic video

Manage both supply and demand team members

Experience :

Media Selling/Buying Experience – track record of achievement in buying and/or selling media while working for a DSP, SSP, ad network, exchange, or large premium publisher

Knows every trading desk contacts and leader operating in France and possibly in Europe

Understand what trading desks and DSPs are looking in terms of supply

Platform Knowledge – previous experience working with advertising platforms and ability to troubleshoot campaign set-up and targeting issues to unlock revenue

Management experience of at least 3 years

Skills required


English: bilingual (speaking &  writing)

Very strong inter-personal skills and highly organized

Proven ability to navigate multiple levels of a client/partner organization. Ability to elevate a corporate brand from a local to a European level

Comprehension of the online advertising landscape, and its key trends and drivers

Knowledge of common trading desks contract terms, RTB buying modes, and audience targeting techniques

Comfortable with technology environment & tech positioning

Self-starter – capable of flourishing in startup environment working hard and having fun

Master’s degree with >5 years of experience required.
