The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing Nielsen as an industry authority through the successful implementation of internal and external marketing and communications programs. You will achieve this by working in conjunction with local Product Leadership and Commercial teams to create clear messages which link what our products do and how they bring value to our clients, and, working in conjunction with our local Marketing Communications team, communicate that message out to the marketplace. This position is responsible for Marketing Cloud product marketing globally, and is expected to work across all markets Marketing Cloud currently is in and future markets that will be launched. Marketing Cloud is currently in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Missions

Create and manage the go-to-market strategy for new product and market launches.

  • Create and execute a standard GTM plan. Work closely with PL and CS leaders to localise the plan where needed by understanding local industry environment and competitive pressures to pull together key messages
  • Ensure baseline sales enablement material is available to local CS teams and, in conjunction with local market leads, made relevant to the local market. Materials include but are not limited to :
    – Sell sheets
    – Q&A
    – Sales decks
    – Case studies/thought leadership
    – Press release
    – Competitive overview
  • Maintain forum where CS can share selling best practices with PL and CS teams in other countries

Create and manage the ongoing product marketing plans for launched countries. These plans focus on ongoing marketing efforts to increase brand and product awareness, and ensure the product/brand is top of mind to support sales. This position is expected to work in conjunction with the US based product marketing team to provide consistent branding, presentation and product-based initiatives. Tactics include but are not limited to:

  • Case studies
  • Thought leadership and white papers
  • Press releases
  • Attend and participate in conference and speaking engagements
  • Create presentations to support Nielsen’s presence at local industry events
  • Client testimonials
  • Product/use case/client videos

Profil recherché

Basic Qualifications

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally across many teams and time zones  to achieve a common goal
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction and supervision
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated, attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales or marketing experience in an adtech or martech environment, or with enterprise software
  • Previous experience writing marketing copy and analytical writing
  • Previous demand generation experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with the DMP or marketing cloud space
