You will be joining one of the core Trading and Operations team within Captify. To fit in within the existing Trading team, you will need to be; passionate about digital advertising and hitting client KPIs, love problem solving and lateral thinking, to have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working as a team. We’re looking for candidates who are not afraid to test a wide variety of optimization methodologies and are motivated by building and growing Captify’s success.
- Optimising multiple Search Targeting Display campaigns
- Optimise programmatic, direct response and brand advertising campaigns via real time bidding platforms
- Use market leading DSPs, including Appnexus, DBM and Trade Desk
- Liaising closely with Client Strategy, Technology, Analytics and Sales Departments
- Hit client goals – CPA, CTR, ROI, COS, VTR, etc
- Experience in or knowledge of the programmatic space
- Fluency in French & English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively analyse data to make decisions that will improve the performance of a campaign
- Able to problem solve and not give up if ideas aren’t successful
