Captify recherche un(e) Account Manager en contrat d’alternance à Paris.


The Client Strategy team is right at the heart of everything that we do for our clients here at Captify, Paris. The team is responsible for delivering campaigns, exceeding client goals and providing best-in-class service levels to ensure that we grow our client spend by being a trusted partner. The team is also responsible for coordinating with our internal teams to make sure that we give our clients everything that they need to grow their relationship with Captify.

We are looking for a team player with great attention to detail and a keen desire to grow and support clients on their campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, for both internal and external conversations, and will not be adverse to getting stuck in and learning on the job


What you’ll be doing:

  • Day to day management of accounts, including weekly reporting and pacing checks
  • Campaign set up
  • Answer client queries via email
  • Provide impeccable customer service whilst also liaising with internal teams such as Technical Account Managers, Sales, Client Strategy and Trading teams
  • Create basic PCAs including campaign specific reports
  • Performance tracking
  • Reconciliations


What you need to be successful:

  • Student in 1st or 2nd year of Master’s degree
  • Enthusiasm to learn on the job and quickly take on responsibility for managing online advertising campaigns
  • Digital advertising sensibility
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  •  Excellent attention to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of English language
  • Ability to effectively analyse data to make decisions that will improve the performance of a campaign
  • Able to problem solve and not give up if ideas aren’t successful
