What You Will Be Doing
As Demand Product Manager, you will be a key go-between with Sales, Demand Account Managers, Country Managers that leads Supply and Marketing Team.
This role will work with internal teams to integrate and customize our product to optimize its business value to publishers and buyers. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record and knowledge of ad technology.
You will create innovative ways to package our large, premium, local inventory to different types of buyers.
Supply knowledge & communication
> In coordination with country managers, gather information about StickyADS.tv publishers and websites: media quality and reputation, content type, history, volume, formats, blacklists ect.
> Make sure that country publisher databases are updated and exhaustive
> Outline and elaborate marketing materials for sales & account managers with the support of the Marketing Team to deliver design/brand company guidelines and corporate messages
> Communicate new publishers wins and marketing updates across teams and report on new advertisers buying on each marketplace
Analysis and packaging
> Analyze inventory, volume & data to optimize monetization: audience, channel countries, inventory type, formats, devices… for local and international
> Provide inventory channels, seasonal packages & quick win offers
> Competitive analysis on offer
Increase value in proposals
>Assist in RFIs
>Provide custom decks for Business Reviews, shows…
> Understand Demand needs to create new marketing materials
> Suggest new features in StickyADS.tv platform to Product Management & Tech Team to improve reports & offer packages
>Evaluate product features to clear revenue potential
> Coordination with strategic partners to increase value and targeting or measurement options for trading desks & advertisers (TV Synchro, Mediametrie, data companies)
What You Need for this Position
> Direct experience with sales house, ad network or media agency, ideally with a background in Marketing or Sales Support
> Effective analytical and organizational abilities
> Committed to delivering results for our clients
> Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
> Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
> Presentation and verbal communication skills
> Commercial awareness
> Candidate is expected to be native English
> German, Spanish or Italian language skills would be beneficial
